This event will be structured a lot like our 801 Fingerboarding events we’ve been doing. We’ll try to have some fun activities that work for any skill level (high ollie, worst setup award, weirdest trick). And we’ll also have some more serious events for more experienced people (best line, game of SKATE, most kickflips in a row). And we’ll also just throw out free product every so often.

The shop itself has an occupancy of 50-60 people inside, we also have a bunch of sidewalk space in front of the building and are working on getting permits to block off some of our parking lot for more space as well.

Pendry has been kind enough to offer us access to their rooftop bar/pool area after the Friday public event. It will be limited to 21+ but otherwise open to anyone who wants to attend. It will be live music, mingling with the slushcult and blackriver guys, and all the homies!

Yes! We are planning on opening the webshop next weekend. It won’t be our full product line but we’ll have three different fingerboards for sale. When we launch the store we’ll also launch a more full version of the website.

I know of at least one that’s in the works, and there are a few others we are hoping to have around at the time of the launch too! Not to mention all the other ones we’ve had in the past including our @tinyrampco park!

Day One - will be held as a pre-launch event/party to take place at Pendry, Park City. This is an upscale hotel that has two Blackriver parks and has been supportive of the local Utah fingerboard scene. They have been kind enough to provide a discount rate for the nights of the event if you want to stay there. That being said, even after the discount price to stay there may be higher than most people want to spend, which brings us to Day Two.

Day Two - will be held at our brick and mortar store in Layton, UT. Layton is about 20 minutes north of Salt Lake City and 40 minutes away from Park City. Day Two will be a full day of seshes, fingerboard games, free swag tosses, food trucks, and more. If you are only able to come to one of the days, this is the day to come! If you are looking for somewhere to stay that is a bit cheaper, look in or around Layton, UT for a hotel or Airbnb.
